These terms apply to www.tophillrealty.com and our agents’ pages. By using the site you agree to them. Top Hill Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage in Utah.
Listing information
- Listing data is provided by UtahRealEstate.com. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and it has not been verified by us or by the MLS. Check anything that matters to you — measurements, taxes, schools, HOA rules — before you rely on it.
- Listings are shown for your personal, non-commercial use, to find a home you may want to buy or rent. You may not copy, scrape or republish them.
- A listing may be sold, changed or withdrawn at any time, and a listing shown here is not an offer to sell.
No advice, and no agreement by using the site
- The market figures, guides and other content are general information, not legal, tax, financial or appraisal advice. A price we show is an asking price, not a value.
- Using the site, creating an account or sending a request does not create an agency relationship. Representation starts only with a written agreement signed with a Top Hill agent.
Your account and your requests
- Give us true information, and keep access to your email private: anyone with your sign-in link can use your account.
- When you send a request you agree that a Top Hill agent may contact you about it by phone, text or email, as the form says. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- Alerts for saved searches are sent only when you ask for them, and every alert has a link to stop it.
What you may not do
- Use the site for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to harass anyone.
- Use bots or scripts to collect listings or other content, or try to break or overload the site.
Our content
The site’s design, text and our own photos belong to Top Hill Realty or to those who licensed them to us. Place photos from Wikimedia Commons and maps from OpenStreetMap are credited where they appear, under their own licenses.
Equal housing
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Top Hill Realty is not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Links to other sites are for convenience; we do not control them.
Changes and law
We may change these terms, and will update the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
